Kirrihill Clare Valley Shiraz.

A very concentrated rich shiraz, this wine is a mouth explosion of black berry fuits and plum. The alcohol content is very high, but is not apparent on the palate. Hints of licorice and chocolate along with tinges of spice and a very smooth finish, make this a very drinkable wine both on its own or with food.. Unfortunately , this was the only bottle in the cellar. Huge cellaring potential for anyone lucky enough to still have some and I would imagine this wine would still be enjoyable in 10-15 years time
