Sevenhill Shiraz 1998.

It's over 3 years since we last tasted this wine at which time I said it was drinking at its best. I think that observation was right.

It's still holding up, but has developed a more licorice and "porty" character to the flavour profile. No complaints from either of us and the bottle disappeared along with accompanying steak in double quick time.
